Facility Rules

✅ General Rules

  • All spectators and riders must sign a waiver before riding.

  • Minors (under 18) require a parent or legal guardian’s signature.

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany the underage rider at all times while on the property, including during all riding activities.

  • Medical insurance is not provided—ride at your own risk.

  • Check-in is required before unloading or riding.

  • No alcohol or drugs permitted on the premises.

  • Riders are responsible for the conduct of their family members and pit crew.

🛡️ Safety Gear & Conduct

  • Riders must wear full protective gear:

    ∘ Helmet (DOT/Snell certified)

    ∘ Goggles

    ∘ Gloves

    ∘ Boots

    ∘ Chest protector and additional gear recommended

  • Ride responsibly. No reckless or aggressive behavior allowed.

  • The track is one-way only – riding against traffic is prohibited.

  • No riding in the pits. Bikes must be walked or slowly idled to the track.

  • No fighting, harassment, or aggressive behavior.

  • All riders and guests must follow staff directions and posted signage.

  • Disrespectful or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the premises.

🌬️ Track Selection – Ride Where You Belong!

To ensure safety and progression, riders must choose the appropriate track based on their experience level and bike size:

  • 🟥 Advanced Track – For A/B riders only

    Designed for high-level riders with experience in motocross racing or aggressive practice.

  • 🟧 Vet Track – For C/D riders

    A safer option for novice to intermediate riders.

  • 🟩 Kids Track – For riders 15 years old or younger, riding bikes no larger than 125cc

    Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring rider eligibility.

Staff reserves the right to move riders if they are on the wrong track based on skill or bike size.

🔧 Bike & Equipment Rules

  • All bikes must be in safe, working condition.

  • All bikes must have a properly functioning exhaust system. Noise levels must not exceed 99 decibels at any time. Bikes exceeding the limit may be removed from the track.

  • Random inspections may be conducted.

  • Pit vehicles are allowed as long as they adhere to strict guidelines and rules

      • Pit vehicles are not permitted without a pass.

      • Pit passes must be purchased at the gate for $15.00 per year

      • NO Motorcycles, Mini-cycles, ATV’s or electric bicycles with throttles

      • You cannot use a race bike as a pit bike.

      • Pit vehicles are to be ridden only to and from staging and sign-ups.

      • Four wheeled vehicles with a maximum width of 65″ only permitted (See chart of approved pit vehicles below)

      • Operators must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 16 years of age

      • Speed Limit is 10 MPH or lower

      • Pit vehicles use hours: 7 am – 10:30 pm daily; lights required after dusk

      • All passengers must be seated

      • Pit vehicles are PROHIBITED in the following areas:

        • Motocross Track or anywhere inside the track fence

        • Any property adjacent to LegendsMX

        • Past signs that say DO NOT ENTER or NO TRESPASSING

      • Pit vehicles may not be operated in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner and may not be operated by anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol

      • Pit vehicles must be shut off at the end of practice (on practice days) or racing (on race days).

      • Helmets are required for anyone under 18 years old riding a pit bike.

  • Pit vehicles can be dangerous—ride at your own risk.

  • Violations of these rules may result in disqualification of a racer or removal from the property.

  • Pit vehicles are a privilege, not a necessity, which privilege can be revoked or terminated for any or no reason at the sole discretion of LegendsMX.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Pit Area & Spectator Guidelines

  • Spectators must stay behind fences and in designated viewing areas. Only authorized personnel are allowed inside the track fence.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • No smoking or open flames in pits or near fuel storage.

  • Keep your area clean — pack out all trash and fluids.

⚠️ Track Etiquette & Flag Meanings

    • Be respectful to others — your attitude helps create a safe and positive experience for everyone.

    • If you see a downed rider, assist if safe to do so.

    • No stopping on the track. If you need to stop, pull off the track in a safe area

    • Do not cut the track or re-enter in dangerous spot.

    • Always follow the directions of track staff and flaggers.

    🚩 Flag Colors & Meanings:

    • 🟡 Yellow Flag – Caution

      Slow down. A rider or obstacle is ahead. No jumping or passing in this area.

    • 🔴 Red Flag – Track Emergency

      Stop immediately and safely exit the track. A serious incident or full track shutdown is occurring.

    • Black Flag – Return to Pit

      You are being pulled off the track for a reason (bike issue, unsafe behavior, etc.). Exit immediately and report to track staff.

    • Red Cross Flag – Medical Emergency

      No jumping. No passing. Ride with extreme caution. Medical personnel are on the track assisting an injured rider.

    • White Flag – Last Lap / Final Rider on Track

      Signals the final lap during events, or that the last rider is on course.
